Please be advised that cancellations made up to 2 hours before a scheduled appointment via phone call to 727-425-8293, email to info@saltessentialswellness.com or online will be processed without a penalty.
Late cancellations and no-show appointments will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the scheduled service rate.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
– Sauna + Salt Sessions are non-refundable and subject to the cancellation policy. – If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our salt products, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our Gracefully Made, Farmhouse Fresh, and EcoPure products, you may return items in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund.

TIMING
Massage and/or Skin Care/Facial appointments can vary from 30 to 90 minutes in length. To ensure you receive your full allotted time, and to allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened to keep on schedule.
